National Clubs Officer and Regional Development Officer – East
Role includes:
- Building capacity in all areas of our sport at a regional level in the East
- Creating inclusive, accessible and quality opportunities for people of all ages and abilities to engage in and take part in our sport
- Supporting:
- School to club pathways
- Club development
- Teachers education
- Anti-doping lead
- Erasmus+ project on governance – Researcher and SV lead
Performance Operations Lead and Regional Development Officer – West
Role includes:
Blair has responsibility for growth and development of the sport in the west region. He helps develop and build capacity across various areas including;
- Clubs – New and existing – Governance, pathways, and volunteer/coach education
- Schools / Further Education – clubs and competition / Staff Education and delivery
- Local authorities – partnership delivery and facilities development
As team manger understudy Blair also works closely with our beach performance programme. He is the point of contact for the partnership with University of the West Scotland and account manager with the kit Supplier Zeon.
Competitions & Events Officer
Role includes:
- Organisation of national leagues and calendars, including management of fixtures and results
- Liaising with other national and international federations
- International Transfers
- Organisation of events, both national and international
- Communications and website development
- Erasmus+ project on governance – Researcher
Performance Administrator
Adam is the performance administrator and is in charge of all of the admin for the indoor and beach national team programmes.
Adam is also the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Lead for Scottish Volleyball, ensuring work is undertaken to become a more equitable organisation.
