New schools and players create a great development day at Wishaw Sports Centre.
Calderhead High School was the fantastic new venue for this year’s schools cup finals.
The Torch Trophy Trust was founded in 1962 with the object of encouraging and recognising voluntary work throughout the UK.
A total of 17 young volleyballers from Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire came along to the Beacon Centre for a great educational day.
A staggering 55 teams turned up for the annual Wishaw S2/3 festival on Thursday.
Schools travelled from as far as Ayr to be part of the great atmosphere which is provided by the Dundee S4/5/6 school festival.

The P7/S1 Schools Festival took place once again at Drumbrae Leisure Centre. With a maximum number of entries of teams, this was sure to be a great day of volleyball and it didn’t disappoint.
