The main remit of the Competition Disputes Panel (CDP) will be;

The Competitions & Events Officer and Members of the Competition Disputes Panel conduct their business via email and telephone communications:

• interpret, regulate and enforce the rules of National league and Cup Competitions;
• deal with any uncertainty arising from the Rules of Scottish Volleyball Competitions;
• discuss and respond to any competitions incident which has been brought to the attention of the Group;

The Competition Disputes Panel consists of external members from other sports’ National Governing Bodies with competitions experience.
