Course content:

The SVA Level I indoor course looks at the skills associated with ‘How 2 ‘coach, and the content of ‘What 2’ coach when introducing and developing the game of volleyball.

The format of the course includes an explanation of how physical literacy helps to develop body posture.  This improves ball control to develop simple game play and tactics.  It will also explain the role of the Coach in preparing and delivering practical sessions.

The course structure will link the theory sessions with the practical over the course of the two days of delivery by the course Tutor.
