We are delighted to confirm we have secured the services of the Dutch Women’s Beach Volleyball Head Coach and ex- British Volleyball Federation Beach Volleyball Head Coach. Morph Bowes will present a coaching workshop for our athletes and coaches here in Scotland.
This development opportunity is taking place at St Andrews on Saturday the 9th and Sunday 10th of August.
Morph Bowes, a former Beach Volleyball player with the British Programme who has competed and coached on the FIVB World Tour for a number of years now, will be focusing on the following aspects of the game:
• Game play, tactics & coaching
• Skill Development
• Athlete Development
• Player pathway goals
• Strategic Planning
• Infrastructure & Networks
Facilitating access to elite beach volleyball coaches enables the construction of knowledge and creates opportunities for a strong and reliable beach volleyball education.
The workshop includes both practical and theoretical session as you can see from the schedule. The venue will be St Andrews University Sports Centre, St Leonard road, St Andrews, Fife, KY16 9DY
