Introduction
The Fast Track Programme rolls on….Session 2 of this year’s programme will
be staged on Sunday 15th January! Once again we are presenting in two locations on the same day; Coltness High School in Wishaw for the players and coaches who are based in the Central Belt, and Dundee University for those from the North East. Both clinics are open to both male and female players and their coaches, and are free.
The focus of the work will be on establishing the key element of accuracy, while working with the outside hitters.
