Now the 2011 Scottish Beach Season is over, it is time to get your entries in to the Photography Competition!
The Beach Commission are again awarding £110 prize money (1st prize £70, 2nd prize £30, 3rd prize £10) to the best photographs taken at a Scottish Beach Volleyball event. A maximum of 3 photos should be submitted to the Beach Commission, along with name, address and a contact telephone number, by emailing them (a maximum of 5MB per email) to info@scottishvolleyball.org, or posting them to the SVA Office. The Beach Commission will decide on the winning photograph at the end of the beach season.
Also, if anyone takes photographs of the Scottish Beach Tour that they consider worthy of uploading to the SVA Gallery, then again, please email these or post a CD or DVD containing the images to the SVA Office. A guide to producing images of the correct standard and resolution required for the gallery can be forwarded by email if required.
While ownership of any images will be retained by the photographer, the SVA maintains the right to use any image submitted for marketing and promotional purposes.
