Recently, Scottish Volleyball reached out to clubs offering taraflex in an effort to recycle valuable materials and help with sustainability across our leagues ahead of the new season.
NUVOC responded and promptly accepted the gift of the court flooring as Scottish Volleyball staff, NUVOC’s Bill Stobie and Liberton Highschools’ Active schools coordinator were on hand throughout the day to move all 26 rolls of taraflex from their storage place at Edinburgh University to it’s new home at Liberton High School.
Opportunities like this allow clubs to continue to develop and grow without the financial implication which would usually coincide with getting a new court.
We hope that movements such as this can help to empower teams to their very best as everyone begins to look ahead to the 23/24 season.
