The British Volleyball Federation (BVF) is the national governing body for all volleyball disciplines in the UK.
The BVF acts as a conduit for the home nations (Volleyball England, Scottish Volleyball, Volleyball Wales and Northern Ireland Volleyball) to lobby for funding from the UK’s key government agencies to help athletes compete in elite competitions.
About the role
The BVF has recently secured National Squads Support Funding (NSSF) from UK Sport of up to £635K over four years targeted at enhancing the performance of our Olympic and Paralympic Senior volleyball squads. This funding brings with it conditions across safeguarding, anti-doping, financial management, corporate governance, equality & inclusion, athlete engagement, coaching and development. The BVF is looking to secure the services of a Performance Coordinator(s) to enhance and lead the operational planning and implementation of these requirements including quarterly progress reports to UK Sport.
