SVA Coach Education programme
The Scottish Volleyball Association, in partnership with KA Leisure, is delighted to present the Level 1 Coaching Course.
Level 1 course content; The SVA Level 1 course indoors examines the skills associated with ‘How 2 ‘coach, and the content of ‘What 2’ coach when introducing and developing the game of volleyball.
The format of the course includes an examination of physical literacy, how to develop body posture which leads to ball control and developing game play and tactics. It will also examine the role of the Coach in preparing and delivering practical sessions.
The course structure will link the theory with the practical over the course of the two days of delivery led by the course Tutor.
Venue: Garnock Community campus, North Ayrshire, KA14 3BJ
Date: Wednesday 8th and Thursday 9th April
Time: 9.30am until 16.30 pm both days
Course Tutor: Andy Fleming
Course cost: £70 per person (minimum 8 people need to attend)
