Staffing appointments for the Commonwealth Youth Games – Bahamas 
in July 2017
In partnership with the Scottish Volleyball Association and the Commonwealth Games Scotland – Colin Paterson has been appointed to lead and deliver the Scottish Junior Beach Volleyball Programme for 2017. This position includes the development of a coaching staff unit, athlete playing schedules and the resourcing of competition outlets. This therefore ensures that as much training and competition can be squeezed into a very tight timeline before the two big international opportunities available for Scotland in 2017, namely the Youth Commonwealth Games and the CEV Continental Cup Qualifiers (details below).
Youth Commonwealth Games – Bahamas 19-23 July 2017 (must be available from 14 July – 23 July)
Athletes must be born between 1st January 1999 and 31st December 2001
Selection period between now and 25th April 2017
Gender – Female (currently)
CEV Youth Continental Cup Qualification Phase – Sometime in the period June – August 2017
Athletes must be born between 1st January 2000 and 31st December 2003
Selection period starts now and finishes closer to the event
Gender – Male and Female
